These Terms and Conditions come into effect on 10/09/24 and are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. In any case of interpretation differences, the English version takes precedence. The minimum withdrawal amount is €50 or equivalent, with maximum limits varying by payment method. Withdrawals may be issued in installments if they exceed system limits. A wagering requirement of at least three times the deposited amount must be met for anti-money laundering compliance. Players are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees on winnings.

Processing times can reach up to 72 hours, plus additional time depending on the method. Large wins over €10,000 may be paid in monthly installments of up to €10,000. Responsible Gaming

Dormant Accounts

Fees are deducted at the start of each month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Any costs related to refunds from dormant accounts are the player’s responsibility.

Account Closure

For security and anti-fraud purposes, we may require additional identity verification, such as updated documents, video calls, or proof of funds, even if previous checks were completed. The casino also reserves the right to close accounts and refund balances (minus charges) at its discretion without prior notice.

Liability Disclaimer

The casino is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues, force majeure events, player violations, or financial fluctuations. Decisions are typically made within 7 business days, with processing completed within 48 hours if approved. Credit card refunds may be issued against original purchases, with any excess handled through alternative methods. Bonuses and winnings are deducted before calculating refund amounts.

For disputes not settled at the management level, you can approach independent gaming authorities or regulators listed on the site.
